Do you have the same bank account but received a new card?
Then nothing changes and you will receive your refund per usual. The approximate refund time is 10 business days, depending on the bank.
Is your initial bank account or card closed?
In most cases, your bank will redirect the refund to your new card or bank account. Due to security reasons, we are unable to process a refund to a different payment method than the one which was used at the time of payment.
If your card or bank account used for the initial payment is closed, we recommend contacting your bank proactively to arrange the transfer of the refund with them. Please reach out to us if your bank needs proof of the refund.
