- Non-refundable

Understanding Cancellation Policies
We offer three types of cancellation policies. Here’s what each one means:
1. Free Cancellation
- You can cancel free of charge before a specific deadline.
- If cancelled before the deadline, a full refund will be issued automatically within 7 business days (timing may vary depending on your bank).
- If you booked a Pay Later deal, your scheduled payment will be cancelled and your card won’t be charged.
- After the deadline passes, the booking becomes partially or fully non-refundable.
2. Partially Refundable
- You can cancel for a reduced fee (less than the full booking cost) before a specific deadline.
- If cancelled in time, a partial refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- After the deadline, the booking becomes non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable
- These bookings cannot be refunded at any time, regardless of the cancellation date.
Tips:
Non-refundable deals are usually cheaper, and a great way to save a little extra when your plans are fixed.
