1. Email linked to an existing booking
- For security reasons, the email on a confirmed reservation can’t be changed.
- Need the confirmation sent somewhere else? No problem - contact us and we’ll resend the email to the new address.
2. Email linked to your Vio.com account
- You can’t edit the login email of an account.
- Instead, create a new account with the new email address.
- Your past bookings stay with the original account.
- Future bookings made with the new email will appear in the new account.
