While we acknowledge that errors can occur, it's important to note that we provide the booking dates in several locations before a reservation is finalized:
- Upon selecting the dates on the home page.
- While browsing through different accommodations and deals on the search page.
- Upon clicking "View deal," the dates are reiterated at the top of the page.
- After clicking "Book," the dates are shown on the summary page, before you proceed to payment to confirm the booking
It is the responsibility of the booker to carefully review all information prior to proceeding with payment. Once a reservation is made, it is considered binding, including adherence to its cancellation policy.
If you cannot make it to your booking we recommend that you cancel the booking and make a new one for the desired dates. Please make sure to first read the Cancellation policy of the booking as not all cancellations can be refunded. Learn more about your Cancellation policy and how it works here.
