- Klarna is a secure payment service that lets you book now and choose to pay later or in installments. You’ll be redirected to Klarna’s secure website to choose your preferred payment method. Once you complete your payment agreement with Klarna, your booking will be confirmed immediately. Even if your installment plan extends beyond your stay, your reservation is fully secured.
- You will receive an email from us confirming your booking, and from Klarna to confirm your payment arrangement with them. Please note that any questions related to your payment status need to be directed to Klarna's Customer support. If you are missing an email from Klarna, you can try logging in to your account with them first, and your payment should appear there.

When will you pay for your booking?
Depending on the payment policy of your booking set up by the property, your card will be either used for prepayment or as a guarantee of your booking.
The payment policy of your booking will be clearly summarized during the booking process, and in your booking confirmation email.
Why do you need a credit card to make a booking?
This is to guarantee your booking and cover potential no-shows or cancellations after a free deadline.
We recommend bringing the card you have used for booking to the property as it can be required upon check-in.
