You can download an invoice through your Booking management page.
You will have the option to select a Personal invoice or a Business invoice.
Personal Invoice
- Locate your Booking confirmation in your email or in your Vio.com App, and click on 'Manage my booking'. A new page will be opened.
- Underneath the total price of your booking, click on the link called 'Request an invoice'.
- A pop-up window will open where you will select the Personal invoice option:
- You will be asked to fill in your billing details. Some of them will be pre-filled based on the information provided during the booking process. Please ensure that they are correct as they can only be entered once.
- Click Submit and then Download to save it as PDF to your device.
- Once an invoice is generated, you will be able to access and download it again using the same steps.
Business Invoice
- Locate your Booking confirmation in your email or in your Vio.com App, and click on 'Manage my booking'. A new page will be opened.
- Underneath the total price of your booking, click on the link called 'Request an invoice'.
- A pop-up window will open where you will select the Business invoice option:
- You will be asked to fill in your billing details including your Company name, VAT identification number, and Company registration number. Some of them will be pre-filled based on the information provided during the booking process. Please ensure that they are correct as they can only be entered once.
- Click Submit and then Download to save it as PDF to your device.
- Once an invoice is generated, you will be able to access and download it again using the same steps.
Please note:
An invoice download through a Vio.com Booking management page only applies if you have made a booking directly with Vio.com. In case you were redirected to book through another site, you'll need to contact the booking provider for an invoice.
If you created a Deal Freeze or a reservation with the Charge Later payment option, please note that your invoice will be available for download once the full payment for your reservation is completed.
For Split Booking, your invoice will be created by our Finance team. Please contact us directly to request your invoice which will be sent to you within 7 days.
