How to receive an invoice?
For most reservations, we will be able to send you an invoice within 24 hours. Simply send us a message and let us know if you require a PDF format.
Can we change the invoice details?
For legal reasons, no data can be changed, removed, or added to an invoice.
An invoice is generated based on the data provided by you at the time of the booking.
If you need an invoice with company details for Tax Return purposes, you should be able to submit the invoice with your details, combined with the charge on your business card. This should be enough to verify that it's a business-related expense.
Good to know
Your booking might be supplied through one of our US-based providers, which do not work with VAT, and aren't legally obliged to issue invoices.
If this is the case for you, you will be able to use your booking confirmation as a valid receipt to claim expenses. You can combine it with your card statement to get your expense claim secured.
