There are three types of payment policies:
- Booking prepaid in full – You pay the full booking cost at the time of booking.
- Booking partially prepaid – You pay part of the booking cost at the time of booking, then the rest at the property.
- Booking fully paid at the property – You don’t pay anything at the time of booking, then pay the full booking cost at the property.
Certain fees, such as a tourist tax, resort fees, or a security deposit, may need to be paid directly at the property.
Payment policies are set by the properties. They will be clearly summarized during the booking process, and in your booking confirmation email.
Why do I need a credit card to make a booking?
This is to guarantee your booking and cover potential no-shows or cancellations after a free deadline.
We recommend bringing the card you have used for booking to the property as it can be required upon check-in.
