Our 3 cancellation policies explained
Free cancellation
- Can be cancelled free of charge before a specified time and date.
- If cancelled before the deadline, you’ll automatically receive a refund within 7 business days, depending on your bank.
- Once the free cancellation deadline elapses, the booking becomes partially or fully non-refundable. Please refer to further details below.
Partially refundable
- Can be cancelled for a fee (smaller than the full booking cost) before a specified time and date.
- If cancelled before the deadline, you’ll automatically receive a partial refund within 7 business days, depending on your bank.
- Once the partially refundable deadline elapses, the booking becomes non-refundable. Please refer to further details below.
Non-refundable
- Regardless of the cancellation time and date, full payment will be charged and no refund will be made.
- While these bookings are less flexible, they are typically cheaper, which makes them an ideal choice for those who are certain about their travel plans.
