- The hotel receives your booking instantly, but it may land in a back-office system that the clerks don’t check until closer to arrival.
- To stay organized, hotels focus first on guests arriving in the next few days. Future arrivals are queued and assigned later.
What to Expect
- If it’s less than a week before your arrival and the hotel hasn’t assigned your room:
Please contact us, and we will reach out to the hotel directly to ensure everything is in order for your stay. - If it’s more than a week before your arrival:
It's perfectly normal for the hotel to wait until about one week before your stay to assign rooms.- We recommend checking with them later

How the confirmation process works
- Confirmation Email: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Hotel Booking Details: Your booking details are shared with the hotel.
- Room Assignment: Rooms are either assigned automatically or manually, typically about one week before your check-in.
