As soon as you complete a booking on Vio.com, we email a confirmation to the address you entered at checkout. Here’s how to locate it–plus what to do if it never shows up.
1. You were signed in when you booked
- Go to Vio.com (web or iOS or Android app).
- Sign in with the same account you used for the booking.
- Tap or click My Bookings.
Your reservation and confirmation details are right there
2. You were NOT signed in, but still see the booking confirmation in your browser
- Under your booking confirmation number, you will see a section ‘’Didn’t get the email?’’
- Fill in your email address and click Resend email.
- Give it a bit of time. It might take a few minutes to receive the email.
- Check all folders - Inbox, Spam, Junk, Promotions, Updates.
3. Didn’t get the email? Try this checklist
- Check all folders - Inbox, Spam, Junk, Promotions, Updates.
- If it landed in Spam: Mark it “Not spam” and add our address to your contacts so future emails go to your inbox.
4. Still nothing? Contact us

- Look at your card or bank statement. Does the charge say Vio.com?

No: You may have booked through a different provider that you found on our site. For the fastest resolution, contact that provider’s support team.
