There are 3 solutions for such a situation:
1. Were you logged into your account while making the booking?
Then simply download our Vio.com app (iOS or Android), and you will be able to see your booking history there and save the confirmation.
2. Were you not logged in but still have the confirmation page open?
Click on ''Resend confirmation'' and it will be mailed to you again.
3. Did you close the confirmation page and were not logged into your account?
Double-check other folders in your inbox, especially your spam folder. If you find the confirmation email in your spam folder, you can add our email address to your contacts to avoid this happening again.
If you still can't find it, you may have made a typo. You will need to contact us so we can resend the confirmation to you.
Kindly also double-check that the charge shows under the name of Vio.com. If you see a different company name, you will need to reach out to their Customer Support for further assistance.
