Here are some things to keep in mind when making this type of booking:
- Your stay will be split across two separate bookings with individual cancellation terms. The room type can be the same or different. You’ll receive 2 booking confirmation emails and will need to present both at check-in. Simply remind the front desk that you have two bookings and they’ll make sure your check-in goes smoothly.
- Based on the property's specific policies and availability, the property may allow you to stay in the same room for the entire stay – if this is your preference. Please note that this cannot guaranteed beforehand even if the room type is the same, as the property can treat it as 2 individual reservations.
- If you need to cancel your entire stay, be sure to cancel both bookings. You will receive 2 confirmation emails, each containing separate booking management links where you’ll be able to cancel each booking. Click here for more information on How to cancel a booking.
- Please keep in mind that each of the bookings will have their own cancellation conditions which will be clearly displayed during and after the booking process.
- If you will need an invoice for your stay, please note it will be issued by our Finance team within 7 days of your request.
