For bookings made after 21.11.2024
Here are some things to keep in mind when making this type of booking:
- Although your stay will be split across separate bookings, there will be only one payment, one confirmation email, and one page to manage your booking.
- The room type and meal plan can be the same or different. You’ll receive 1 booking confirmation email including all the individual room reservations.
- When checking in, simply remind the front desk that you have multiple bookings included and they’ll make sure your check-in goes smoothly.
- Based on the property's specific policies and availability, the property may allow you to stay in the same room for the entire stay – if this is your preference. Please note that this cannot guaranteed beforehand even if the room type is the same, as the property can treat it as individual reservations.
- If you need to cancel your stay, click here for more information on How to cancel a booking. All reservations included in the Split Booking are cancelled together and cannot be cancelled separately.
- If you will need an invoice for your stay, please note it will be issued by our Finance team within 7 days of your request.

Please note that this cannot guaranteed beforehand even if the room type is the same, as the property can treat it as individual reservations.
