What to expect depends on when you made your booking:
1. If you booked after 21 November 2024
Here's what to expect:
- One booking, one payment: You’ll receive a single confirmation email and one booking management page, even though your reservation is split. In your booking confirmation, you will find all details of the individual room reservations.
- Room & meal plan: These may be the same or different, as stated in your booking confirmation.
- At check-in: Simply let the front desk know you have multiple bookings. Most properties will try to keep you in the same room, but this isn't guaranteed, even if room types match.
- Cancellations: All parts of the booking are cancelled together. Partial cancellation is not possible.
- Invoices: Issued by our Finance team within 7 days upon request.
2. If you booked before 21 November 2024
Here’s how this version works:
- Separate confirmations: You'll receive two confirmation emails, and manage each reservation from its own page.
- Room & meal plan: These may differ across the bookings. You’ll receive 2 booking confirmation emails, including all the individual room reservations, and conditions with their individual cancellation policies.
- At check-in: Show both confirmations and let the front desk know. They’ll do their best to keep you in the same room, but again, this depends on hotel policy and isn’t guaranteed.
- Cancellations: You’ll need to cancel each booking separately using the Manage Booking links in each confirmation.
- Invoices: Issued by our Finance team within 7 days upon request.
