While Vio.com manages most reservations directly, there are cases where your booking is either assisted by another company or redirected to a different website. The easiest way to find out who manages your booking is by looking at the Contact options in your Booking confirmation email.

When Vio.com manages your reservation
The majority of reservations completed on our website are managed by Vio.com. This will be mentioned on the payment page before you will complete your booking. See an example below:

- Payment: Your payment is processed by Vio.com and we handle your invoice requests.
- Customer Support: Any questions or issues related to your booking will be handled by our Vio.com Customer Support team. Contact is available in your Booking confirmation email, on your Booking management page, or on our website.
- Booking Confirmation: By completing your reservation, you will accept Vio.com's Terms and Privacy Policy and will receive your booking confirmation directly from Vio.com.
When Another Company Assists with Your Reservation (Assisted Booking)
In some instances, we offer assisted reservations, where Vio.com works with a third party to enable your booking. This will be mentioned on the payment page before you will complete your booking. See an example below:
Here's how it works:
- Payment: Your payment will be processed by the third-party company, and they will manage your invoice requests.
- Customer Support: Any questions or issues related to your booking will be handled by the third-party company's Customer Support team. Contact is available in your Booking confirmation email, on your Booking management page. If you wouldn't be able to get appropriate support from our partner, you may still reach out to Vio.com through our website and we will review your request and do our best to assist if possible.
- Booking Confirmation: By completing your reservation, you will accept Vio.com's Terms and Privacy Policy as well as the third-party Terms, and will receive your booking confirmation directly from Vio.com.
When Your Booking is Redirected to Another Website
In some cases, you might find a great deal on Vio.com and be redirected to another website to complete your booking. This happens when Vio.com connects you to a third-party site to complete the reservation.
Here's how this works:

Payment: Your payment and booking will be completed on the third-party website.
Confirmation: The booking confirmation and all communication will come directly from that other company, not Vio.com. - Customer Support: Since the booking is finalized on the third-party site, all support will be handled by that company and Vio.com will not be able to assist. Please see your Booking confirmation to see your contact options.
- Booking Confirmation: The confirmation will also be provided by the third-party website.
Before you are redirected, Vio.com will clearly indicate that you are leaving our site to complete your reservation on a different platform.
