- Prepare your booking confirmation
A booking confirmation email is sent to you as soon as you complete your booking. It contains your full booking details.
You’ll need to have this when checking in but it's enough to show it on your phone, so there’s no need to print it out. - Review any specific check-in instructions
Your booking confirmation will list the check-in and check-out times as well as any specific details about this under 'Check-in instructions'. - Review if any payment will be required at the property
Your booking confirmation will list any payments that are due to be paid at the property under 'Price details' and 'Property fees'.
This could be a part of the booking cost, local fees and taxes, a refundable security deposit, etc. Please make sure to have enough funds to cover these costs. - Bring your personal documents and payment card
All guests will be required to provide an identification document such as a passport or an ID card (depending on the local standards).
You may also be asked to pay a security deposit with your card or verify that you are the owner of the credit card used for online booking.
