Booking email address
Email address on an already completed reservation cannot be changed due to security reasons, but we will gladly resend the booking confirmation to an email of your choice.
Account email address
Email address on an existing account cannot be changed, you will need to create a new account with the new email. Your booking history will only be linked under one account based on the email address used during the booking process.
If you are a Gems member and will create a new account, please let us know and we will transfer your Gems membership onto the new one. Read more about our Gems membership here.
